Hitting Lesson Notes: Asked Whitaker what he wanted to accomplish in today’s training session. Whitaker told me he wanted to hit more “AIRPLANES” to the outfield. I followed up by telling Whitaker that we needed to research and study how the Brain must be fixated with the baseball. Next, we needed to identify where the “Front Door” is..and lastly, identify where the “Back Door” is!
